Branding & Visual Identity Design for TEDinArabic

In collaboration with TED and the Qatar Foundation, I worked as a Graphic Designer, Visual Artist, and Motion Designer to develop a comprehensive branding and visual identity for TEDinArabic. This project encompassed a range of assets including outdoor advertisements, event banners, mobile app interfaces, and social media content. My primary focus was to create a cohesive visual identity that effectively combined cultural elements with modern design, capturing TED’s forward-thinking mission while celebrating the richness of Arabic culture. The work was designed to span multiple platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and Instagram, ensuring consistent and impactful communication across both physical and digital spaces.

Project Scope & Objectives

The goal of this project was to establish a vibrant, engaging, and culturally resonant identity for TEDinArabic that would appeal to both regional and global audiences. Key deliverables included:

Tools & Technologies Used

I used Adobe Illustrator for vector-based graphics, including main branding elements, outdoor advertisements, and digital assets; Adobe Photoshop for photo manipulation and detailed image creation, particularly for banners and posters; Adobe After Effects to create dynamic motion graphics for promotional videos, event visuals, and social media content; and Cinema 4D for adding motion design elements, ensuring dynamic and modern visuals for both events and social media.
